Our Return Policy is intended to aid you in returning your item(s) safely and responsibly.
At Home d’art we aspire to make sure that you love the rug(s) you buy. In most cases, we offer you the ability to return the product provided that certain requirements are met. These requirements include:

• You can return your unused rug(s) in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. We do not consider returns after these 14 days.
• Return shipping costs will be paid by you except in case the rug(s) delivered are defective or not as ordered.
• We encourage you to send your package through a trackable shipping company to guarantee a secure return.
• All packages being returned remain the liability of the customer until they are received by Home d’art.

Damage Policy

The package that is being returned by a customer should be in its original unused condition. Minor damage on the product including stains and spots will lead the customer having to pay a partial damage cost based on the magnitude of the damage. In case the rug(s) received major damage. Home d’art reserves the right to decide on the damage cost to be paid for the return.

Home d’art allows for its customers to return the rug(s) they have purchased as long as:

• The items are in the initial saleable state in which it was shipped out.
• If you get a damaged article sent to you, Home d’art will help you in getting a replacement or a return at no cost to you.
• In case you discover that your product is damaged when you open it, make sure to notify Home d’art as quickly as possible.
• Please make sure to report any damages on the product within 3 days of its arrival.

Home d’art reserves the right to decide on the damage cost to be paid for the return.

In case someone fails to comply with the conditions set forth above, Home d’art reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund.

Note: Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion will be returned or exchanged at the discounted price that has been paid.
