I have tried to study The female figure head here is in strict profile (as the pose, rarely varied in portraits) but, the rest of the body is half turned towards the viewer. The figure has got a dark background giving it a more prominent appearance surrounded by plants/flowers which was also an important subject matter in miniature style. Also, the thick border is in floral arrangement having light subtle colors. Overall, the work is a blend of contrasting colors. -

During the lockdown, every single person at my home was concerned and followed social media for keeping themselves updated about the corona situation and its impacts. It was a major topic under discussion! So, I thought that I should illustrate it rather than just debating with myself. I tried to state a story and a narrative through my imaginative painting. There is an expression of two extremes, ones who don’t care and those who are so panicked!

I thought there's a break from all the hardships that I had been suffering throughout my life. It has also got a very dark brown background with hanging sticks as if a game is being played. There's only one person to handle the entire game, just like a solo show. I have linked the idea of plan-demic with children because they have got more interest in gaming rather than studying/studies. -

Artist's Imagination: Countries have a different way of living and celebrating festivals, but Istanbul has a wholly unique way of celebrating, which I've noticed. I was amazed to see people's facial reactions, the party theme, and everything related to that festival. An artistic mind can imagine the highs and lows of this scene, and the rest can be lost in imaginations and deep thoughts.
